Terms of Use and Rules of Use

This section lists the terms of use of this website My Cup of Tea (mycupofteahk.com). You have agreed to these Terms of Use by entering this website and any of its pages.

4. Your registration obligations and account number security

In order to be able to use the services provided by My Cup of Tea, you agree to the following:

  1. You are 18 years of age or older. You will not provide any false personal information in My Cup of Tea or set up an account for someone else without permission.
  2. If you have been convicted of sex crimes, you will not use My Cup of Tea.
  3. It is your responsibility to maintain the most accurate and immediate contact information.
  4. You will not transfer your account to anyone without our prior written permission.
  5. You won't share your account and password, let someone sign into your account, or do anything that might compromise your account.
  6. It is your responsibility to keep your password and account confidential. You will be solely responsible for any actions you take with this password and account number.

5. Privacy

Registration and other relevant information stored on and relating to this website are governed by the Personal Data Ordinance and the privacy provisions of this website.

6. Use the service

When you use my Cup of Tea's services, you understand and agree

  1. You do not post unauthorized commercial communications, such as spam, on My Cup of Tea.
  2. You do not collect user content or data, or otherwise log into My Cup of Tea(such as web bots, robots, web spiders, or web scrapers)in an automated manner without our prior permission.
  3. You will not engage in illegal multi-level marketing, such as laminated marketing, in My Cup of Tea.
  4. You will not upload viruses or other malicious code.
  5. You won't use someone else's account.
  6. You will not bully, intimidate, or harass any member.
  7. You will not post content that promotes hatred, threats, defamation or nudity, incites violence, or is sexually explicit or violent.
  8. You will not use My Cup of Tea to do anything illegal, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory.
  9. You will not do anything that will stop, overload, or impair the proper functioning and appearance of My Cup of Tea, such as denial-of-service attacks or interference with rendering pages or other My Cup of Tea features.

You understand and agree that My Cup of Tea reserves the right to remove any content you have posted and to stop your use of My Cup of Tea without notice if you violate the above items.

While we do our best to provide a stable service, we cannot guarantee that My Cup of Tea will function properly at all times. When you use my Cup of Tea's services, you understand and agree that you do not agree that this website is liable if any messages and other communications and other "content" maintained or transmitted on this website are deleted or not stored. You also agree that this website reserves the right to close accounts that have not been used for a long time.

To enjoy my Cup of Tea for free, you must provide your account with a personal photo of you. Otherwise we have the right to close your account without notice. You agree that this website is not responsible for the deletion or non-storage of any information and other communications and other "content" between you and other Members.

You can post a message on the discussion area, but My Cup of Tea has the right to delete any message and refuse to upload anyone, and also has the right not to delete the message.

If you request to delete your main picture and close your account, you can email service@mycupofteahk.com and we'll have someone to follow up.

7. VIP Membership (Paid Member) Section

When you become a paid VIP member, you agree and understand that :

  1. All services may not be refunded or refunded upon sale.
  2. Paying to become a VIP member does not mean that other members will respond to your friend invitation, personal text message, or other interactive request.
  3. If you violate these Terms and Conditions of Use, we reserve the right to stop using your services without refund or compensation.
  4. VIP members' services are only available in mobile apps.
  5. Pricing and availability shown in the App may change at any time before you decide to purchase and press the Upgrade button for the service.

8. Termination

If you do not comply with this statement or violate the spirit of this statement, or otherwise pose a risk to us or a possible legal risk, we reserve the right to stop providing you with all or part of my Cup of Tea services. We'll notify you by email you've registered.

In addition, you agree that this website will not be liable to you or any third party if you are suspended or terminated from the Services, or if your account or related data and files are frozen or deleted.

You agree that if you wish to cancel your account, you can email service@mycupofteahk.com and we will have someone follow up.

Except for disclaimers set forth in these Terms of Use, we are not responsible under any circumstances for any costs, damages or liability incurred by any person for unauthorized use of this website or for breach of the security procedures of this website.

We will not be liable for the correctness or legality of My Cup of Tea content data, or for any interruption, error, omission, or storage error in the transmission of my Cup of Tea Content Data, or the Pages related to the Service that are interrupted, temporarily unusable, delayed, or caused by any material content, including text, images, numbers, graphics, images, sounds.

10. What members provide:

My Cup of Tea is provided in large part by members, and you understand that:

  1. Messages, text, pictures and other information between My Cup of Tea members are posted by the Member and do not represent our position or opinion. If any of the above causes you harm, we will remove the content with the assistance of the police and will assist with the police investigation, but will not be liable.
  2. We will not be liable for claims and claims arising out of conflict or any other matter between you and other My Cup of Tea members, regardless of the cause of the conflict.

11. Compensation
